Amber

Amber is light and warm to the touch, and readily produces static electricity when rubbed. It is one of the most popular stones collected.Amber can vary from a range of colours such as yellow to red, from green to blue, but amber’s colour is usually honey brown.

The purple colour can be reddish purple to bluish purple. Heating removes the colour from amethyst or changes it to the yellow of Citrine.
