Jacinth



Description:

Jacinth is a semi-precious stone also known as hyacinth. It is a glistening orange-yellow, orange-red, or yellow-brown type of zircon. The orange variety of zircon is called jacinth.

Birthstone:
Zircons along with turquoise are birthstones of Sagittarius (Archer): Nov. 22-Dec 21.

Healing Ability:
Zircon relieves pain and is known to enhance your appetite. Zircon also prevents nightmares and ensures a tranquil sleep.

Spiritual power:
Zircon encourages inner peace and is known to provide wisdom and honour to the wearer. Jacinth helps to increase your self-esteem.

Jasper is an opaque and fine variety of grained chalcedony. Jasper come in a number on colours including red, brown, pink, yellow, green, grey/white and shades of blue and purple. Jasper is usually named according to its pattern - the most popular is landscape Jasper which looks like a small worldscape.

Healing ability:
Jasper is a good stone for people in counseling or therapy, who want to overcome addictions or compulsive behavior, and gather up their strength for the emotional fight. Medicinal values also include a belief that wearing it strengthened the stomach.

Spiritual power:
Jasper is known to remove any evil spirits and protect against snake and spider bites.
