Employees at a Beaverbrooks jewellery store in Bolton, Lancashire, have been celebrating after seeing the company come fourth in a list of top companies to work for.
Beaverbrooks received enough votes to make it into the list compiled by the Sunday Times, titled Top 100 Companies to Work For in the UK .
The popular high-street jeweller has become the only jewellery retailer to be honoured four years in a row, while always making the top five.
The annual award is based on a survey carried out on employees and the company's benefits and practices, and highlights Lytham -based Beaverbrooks' commitment to its 719 employees and the high level of staff satisfaction it provides across all 59 locations across the nation.
Manager of the Bolton-based store, Elaine Pugh said, "There is a family culture within Beaverbrooks and each branch treats every member of the team as individuals to allow them to grow and reach their full potential ."
She added, "Our team members are continually asked for feedback as we believe we can learn something from everyone. This contributes to the exciting, challenging and dynamic atmosphere of our store and the business ."
