A new floral collection has been launched by contemporary jewellers Saretta, which consists of unique one-offs and limited edition pieces that are inspired by nature.
Founder and Creative Director of Saretta, Sarah Bond, handcrafts each piece by carving and manipulating wax, which is then cast into ethically certified sterling silver, 9ct or 18ct gold . These precious metals are used together with a variety of precious and semi-precious gemstones, all of which are sourced from ethical and sustainable sources worldwide.
Sarettas collections echo elements of the natural world, such as the solid weight of silver and gold fused with the unfurling, delicate silver petals of an African lily. Ms Bond commented: "Surrounded by flowers and nature growing up I am forever fascinated by the complexity of something so delicate as a garden flower ; I never try to recreate a flower but focus on capturing the movement and texture."
All Saretta jewellery is all handmade by Sarah Bond and hallmarked at the London Assay Office .
