A major new exhibition which is to showcase platinum wedding rings crafted by some of Italy’s distinguished designers will be available for the public to view in London between the 8th and 12th June.
Called 'Eternal Platinum ', the display will feature pieces produced by seven leading jewellery designers who are using the rare precious metal to symbolise eternal love. Also on show will be sketches from seven prominent architects which chart the process that is involved in creating the rings and highlights the skills that are required to move from concept to realisation.
The exhibition is organised by Platinum Guild International, which is an association responsible for developing platinum jewellery around the world. It will be curated by Alba Cappellieri, a professor at Politecnico di Milano .
Eternal Platinum will take place at INC Space in Covent Garden and forms part of the Coutts London Jewellery Week.
