New jewellery line from Nicole Richie hits Britain

Tue, 09 Jun 2009

American socialite Nicole Richie has launched her new jewellery line, called House of Harlow, in the UK.

It will be available online with Brit-based e-tailors My-wardrobe.com and Bunnyhug.co.uk. Named after her daughter, Harlow, the collection is a mix of gypsy bohemia, with a glamorous twist. The designs are influenced by Ms Richie’s own vintage finds from the 1960s and 70s and have been created alongside the jewellery house Mouawad .

The 35-piece collection features a range of Aztec pieces, including Perspex earrings, tiger eye rings, resin pointed necklaces and a white and gold plated bangle, all of which come in at around the £100 mark.

My-wardrobe buyer, Joanne Watkinson, said: "Nicole Ritchie's House of Harlow collection has sent everyone into a spin and seeing Nicole herself draping numerous pieces over her maxi dresses while hanging out in LA has just added to the hysteria. The pieces are perfectly designed to be worn with everything, everyday."
