Hublot

Hublot watches are a luxury Swiss watch brand that was founded by Italian, Carlo Crocco in 1980.

Crocco created the first ever watch strap to be made from natural rubber. He then went further to create the first 'Art of Fusion' watch by combining gold and rubber. The signified the fusion traditional and modern materials, so creating a watch that represents the past and the future.

Hublot watches created the first fusion watch, which was an instant global hit and earned the company $US2 million in its first year.

The Hublot brand was acquired by LVMH, a luxury goods company in 2008 who also own the prestigious TAG Heuer brand.
