Longines

Longines watches, the luxury watch brand was founded by Auguste Agassiz in 1832, Saint-Imier, Switzerland. This is one of the oldest Swiss made luxury watch brand still in operation today. Their logo of the winged hourglass, which was registered in 1889, is one of the oldest trademarks that has been unchanged since that time. In their early days, Longines was known for their contribution to navigation in the early days of flying.

Longines is known for their presence in high-profile sporting events because of the accuracy of their timepieces. The brand have been the official timekeeper for events including racing, alpine skiing, equestrian sports and much more.

Since 1983 Longines is owned by the Swatch Group and is sold across the world. Today, the brand is still going strong and produce a variety of timepieces including elegant dress watches to rugged tool watches and so much more.
